The updating RFID chip UCODE 9 or UCODE 8 was used in our laundry tag with top performance and sensitivity in the world, by typical sizes 70*15mm, 55*12mm, and and we also have other rfid laundry tags,such as 80*16,which has the longest reading distance.  

In order to achieve flexible, thin, and durable RFID laundry labels that firmly attached on linen or textile assets throughout their entire lifespan, RFID laundry tags need to be designed and produced in special packaging.

There are three ways of installation for UHF RFID laundry tag ensuring their security during the laundering process.

Sewing

Sewing the laundry tag directly onto objects is a cost-effective and fastest method, as using heat sealers or making bags requires more time to complete.

Heat Sealing

RFID laundry labels can be firmly attached on the fabric through heat sealing. 

Customized hot melt glue should be notified to us in advance. Maximum heating of 218 degrees Celsius for 15-20 seconds, 0.4Mpa. 

Pouch

Seal the RFID laundry label in the fabric pocket. If the object has additional fabric or multiple layers, RFID laundry tags can be placed in small pockets of the fabric. RFID laundry labels can be hidden by sewing on the fabric.
